Putting Choice Into Reading: There’s something special about choosing a book for yourself, and this week, 5,400 books were distributed to RPS kindergarten, first- and second-grade students, through a partnership with Bookelicious and the Richmond Ed Fund. Using Bookelicious’ personalized recommendations, students explored books connected to their interests, selected a title they were excited to read, and then had that book delivered directly to them to keep and enjoy at home.
